Variable DPAD stick position

Introduction of variable DPAD stick position with version 4.70. With this new function you can define the physical position of the DPAD stick in relation to the analog stick. MyGamepad will adjust the logical key and direction layout accordingly. The available positions are left, front, right and back. Default position is left. Please kept in mind the analog stick calibration will be done always based on the default position (left).
